Shee Yun likes to send Chen Rui to kindergarten in the morning, or fetch her from kindergarten at noon, before she herself goes to school. She likes to see her ex-teachers, especially Teacher Lee. When we arrive at the kindergarten, she rolls down the car window and waves excitedly at her ex-teachers.
Chen Rui sometimes likes to say "It's a secret" when she doesn't want to tell something or answer a question. However I suspect sometimes it's because she doesn't know the answer or can't make up her mind, rather than because she wants to be secretive.
Shee Yun still sometimes fakes laughs. Recently when I told Michelle a joke, which she would understand but Shee Yun wouldn't be able to appreciate, when she laughed, Shee Yun laughed aloud too. We knew Shee Yun didn't get the joke, but just wanted to laugh together because she knew it should be funny. She wanted to participate.
